We've been in Willie now for two months, first from Austin-Florida and now from Austin-Tucson. He has served us very well and really is a conversation starter in state parks where we have camped. Have not tried boondocking yet, but that will come. My wife and I have become very good at "the small trailer dance". Anyone who owns a small trailer will know what I'm talking about.
During the past week on the road we have encountered high sustained winds of 60mph for three days straight. They even closed sections of I-10. I do have a sway bar, which we highly recommend. T@Bs tow wonderfully on interstates in good weather without a sway bar. However, they are trailers and all trailers will have difficulty in high winds. Willie and our sway bar performed like a real team in high winds where other big box trailers had to pull off the road. - Alan from Austin, TX

We were heading out on a camping trip and my refrigerator wouldn't stay cold. My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Evergreen Ascend Cloud 193 BH. We have been shopping for an RV for several months and always get turned off by the high pressure salesman at most dealerships. That was not the case at Princess Craft RV. We dealt with John McKennon and he was outstanding! From start to finish he never once pressured us for a quick sale or tried to sway us into a larger, more expensive travel trailer. We both enjoyed working with him. He was very knowledgeable and managed to get us in the perfect travel trailer. The next step was the finance department with Ed. This is the part of the process most people hate. After all, this is the part where you let go of a lot of money. Ed was amazing! He was able to get us an amazing interest rate and explained the entire process from start to finish. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who has integrity and truly believes in customer service. Finally, the RV 101 walk through class with Kasey. This is our first RV and Kasey took a lot of time in explaining every inch and detail on our new travel trailer. He was able to answer all of my questions and his knowledge was apparent when he set up the sway bars and trailer brakes on my truck. I drove back to San Antonio with no problems and the trailer was set up perfect. Unfortunately, once you drive off the lot, most dealers hope to never hear from you again. That is not the case here. Everyone at Princess Craft will tell you that if you need anything, just call and I believe they really mean it.This is a small business that knows how to treat its customers. Every employee we dealt with was professional and very passionate about what they do. You are not just a dollar sign here. From the moment you contact Princess Craft you are treated like family. My wife and I are now the proud owners of our first RV and thanks to the staff at Princess Craft we are truly 100% satisfied customers.
