What Our Customers Are Saying

Wonderful Buying Experience

My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Evergreen Ascend Cloud 193 BH. We have been shopping for an RV for several months and always get turned off by the high pressure salesman at most dealerships. That was not the case at Princess Craft RV. We dealt with John McKennon and he was outstanding! From start to finish he never once pressured us for a quick sale or tried to sway us into a larger, more expensive travel trailer. We both enjoyed working with him. He was very knowledgeable and managed to get us in the perfect travel trailer. The next step was the finance department with Ed. This is the part of the process most people hate. After all, this is the part where you let go of a lot of money. Ed was amazing! He was able to get us an amazing interest rate and explained the entire process from start to finish. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who has integrity and truly believes in customer service. Finally, the RV 101 walk through class with Kasey. This is our first RV and Kasey took a lot of time in explaining every inch and detail on our new travel trailer. He was able to answer all of my questions and his knowledge was apparent when he set up the sway bars and trailer brakes on my truck. I drove back to San Antonio with no problems and the trailer was set up perfect. Unfortunately, once you drive off the lot, most dealers hope to never hear from you again. That is not the case here. Everyone at Princess Craft will tell you that if you need anything, just call and I believe they really mean it.This is a small business that knows how to treat its customers. Every employee we dealt with was professional and very passionate about what they do. You are not just a dollar sign here. From the moment you contact Princess Craft you are treated like family. My wife and I are now the proud owners of our first RV and thanks to the staff at Princess Craft we are truly 100% satisfied customers. I would give Princess Craft a 5 out of 5 Star customer rating.Sincerely,Ken and Rhonda Sanders - Ken

Life Changing

The size is perfect for weekend get-aways with the pups. In Central Texas the AC is a must! It is compact enough to fit in the garage eliminating storage fees. And, it comes with the comforts of home with AC, microwave, and a cooler size frig/freezer. - Therese from Austin, TX

Compact size but includes a lot of options.

LIght weight and easy to haul

Weight class and attention to details. Easy to haul, follows tow vehicle very well. - Debra

Outstanding Small Package Camper

Easy to tow, only weighing in at around 2,000 pounds. Tracked well behind my Tundra. Bed was comfortable. Very easy to set up and can be set up anywhere due to the size. Love how Intech uses every inch of space as everything has a purpose. - Ronald

Low Cost with Everything I Need

It has WAY more features than I thought I needed (furnace, refrigerator, sink, built-in stove), but they are packed into such a clever little package that I can manage it myself! Just right to get me out of the tent and into a "luxurious" air-conditioned home-away-from-home. - Margaret from

Lots of room, storage, and stargazer window!

The Little Guy Max is the ultimate teardrop camper if you are wanting lots of headroom, a separate dining area from the bedroom, and all the creature comforts of home with TV’s and stereo speakers inside and out, a wet bath and outside shower. The kitchen layout is awesome and it has a great window as do all areas of the camper. - Chris from Cypress, TX

Great combination of comfort, function and style

We took our Little Guy Max on a 2700 mile road trip 3 weeks after we brought it home and we had a blast! It's so easy to pull and to park. The queen bed is so comfortable that we did not have one bad night's sleep during the 12 nights of our trip. The air conditioner kept us comfy and cool in the middle of the summer the wet bath had plenty of room, even for my 6'1" husband. There are so many things we love about our Max, including the many windows that provide a great view from inside, but most of all is the amount of storage, with cabinets and drawers made out of beautiful maple wood. Our Max is awesome! - Gail from Dallas, TX

A road darling!

My new T@B 320 gets alot of attention on the road! Everywhere I traveled to this summer, I was stopped by strangers with questions and many heads turned! What I most like about the trailer is it's high on function, design and comfort. Also, I'm a petite woman, and I love that it's small enough to haul it on my own without help from anyone. - Andrea from Austin, TX
