The Chalet trailers are fully insulated from floor to roof and are bolted directly to the frame for increased structural integrity. With this combination of superior engineering and new materials they have been able to cut 170 pounds from their trailers. This is a huge weight savings, and it makes the Chalet trailers possibly the lightest hard-sided models in the world.
