Busy is good, right? We're having a crazy weekend here at Princesscraft, but it's the best kind of crazy to have. For the next two days we are teaming up with "Homeless Coach" and other businesses to makeover a 1986 vintage RV. Why would we do this? In the words of Tom Baum, the project mastermind, "The goal is to repurpose the RV into the first ever ‘Homeless Coach’ for community coaching of the homeless while sharing Austin original food and fun! The mission, in short, is to “ssensselemoH”…reverse Homelessness in Austin".
At the end of July of this year, we had a great time demolishing the interior of the RV in preparation for the rebuild. Over the next two days we will be working hard, along with other volunteers, to refurbish the interior and have it ready to go on the road to serve the homeless in Austin. If you are interested in witnessing the and/or watching the project progress, please come on over to Princesscraft (Friday or Saturday 10am to 3pm), or visit the Homeless Coach website at the link below.
